My Indian Cookery Classes
The classes take place in my own home kitchen in Morningside, Edinburgh. The classes are in a small group (maximum of 4 people), which allows plenty of 1:1 attention.
You will learn to cook a delicious Punjabi recipe. The recipe can be selected from a list that I will provide or you can let me know of a favorite dish you may have in mind. When the dish is finished you take the dish home to enjoy with your loved ones.
Simply bring the fresh ingredients which I will advise you on once you have selected the dish. All the spices are provided including the unique “Maji’s Masala.”
The class is for up to 2 hours at a cost of only £30 per person.
Included in the lesson:
- all the spices, including the homemade “Maji’s Masala”
- a recipe sheet to take home
- delicious curry to take home and enjoy
- a memorable experience
During the Indian cooking class I will introduce you to the many essential spices with their health benefits, including the homemade masala, which is the most integral part of Punjabi cooking. “Maji’s Masala” consists of a unique blend of freshly ground Indian spices including, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon sticks, naming a few. There are many commercial variations on the market, which do not match this, which you are most welcomed to try.
